Mr. Mitchell boasts 20 years of professional experience and has distinguished himself in the field of mechanical engineering. He is responsible for maintaining resources and equipments. Prior to his current position, he served as a manager of Frito-Lay for eight years, a plant engineer at Goya Food Inc. for seven years, a maintenance resource manager of Dr Pepper/Seven Up, Inc. for three years and was offered a contract for one year to provide engineering services for a project at Ohio.

Mr. Mitchell considers his ability to design equipment that benefits his company to be his greatest professional accomplishment. He remains current with professional trends by reading industry-related publications. He feels the most important issue facing his profession is the stagnation of price levels.

Mr. Mitchell holds an MBA and earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico in 1972. He is a licensed engineer in Puerto Rico and is affiliated with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and the American Society for Precision Engineering. In the future, he hopes to attain a higher position.
