Ms. Marquardt has 16 years of experience in her field and 12 years of experience as a Registered Land Surveyor for the Toman Engineering Company. She is considered an expert in mathematics and land surveying and on a daily basis is responsible for performing land surveys, calculating for subdivisions, engineering, drafting, and designing water and sewage systems. Toman Engineering Company is a company that provides civil engineering design and land surveying services.

After embarking on a career in drafting and taking a surveying course, Ms. Marquardt decided to branch into land surveying. She attributes her success to the passion she has for her profession.

A graduate of the Trinidad State Junior College, Ms. Marquardt earned an Associate of Applied Science in Civil Engineering Technology and an Associate of Applied Science in Drafting. She is a member of the North Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors.
