With a certification in plumbing design, Mr. Reich received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Empire State College. He attributes his success to his hard work, dedication and the research he conducted to improve the industry. He became involved in his profession because he had been interested in art and moved into drafting.
