A respected change agent and entrepreneur, Mr. Evans boasts an extensive technical management background covering the disciplines of client management, security, marketing, consulting, sales and entrepreneurial business development for organizations providing complex technology-based services. He devotes most of his energy to management consulting, with particular emphasis on "breakthrough" business strategies that provide competitive advantages as opposed to incremental business improvement. As managing director of SRE Consulting, a global management consulting and change management firm, Mr. Evans offers corporate business development, executive coaching and organizational development services to small- to large-sized companies. He helps his clients devise high-level strategies for building their businesses around customer value and assists them in the operational implementation of their customer relationship initiatives. He places a high premium on enabling clients to meet their growth objectives by providing direct, focused management consulting services around business strategy and processes, by maximizing the results from their current portfolio and identifying new growth opportunities, and by offering services in executive, team and corporate coaching and in leadership assessment and executive and leadership development.

Through his work with SRE Consulting Group, Mr. Evans has helped companies such as Avaya and American Science & Engineering to lead their respective global marketplaces by reinventing and reinvesting. A results-focused leader, he successfully completed a project at Avaya's Service Provider Division, a leading call center, hosting and IP solutions division, and helped develop their next global product solution strategy (Hosting/On-Demand). The first venture of its kind in the entire company's history, it required internal Venture Capital funding and is projected to yield a disruptive revenue stream in five years. Mr. Evans further strengthened his reputation as a turnaround specialist in the service provider and security sectors by being instrumental in turning around American Science & Engineering, a global leader in threat detection that manufactures X-ray inspection systems for homeland security and other critical defense applications. He helped the company put new leadership in place and set new business sales and product strategies, effectively putting the company back on track after eight unsuccessful quarters. Additionally, Mr. Evans's strong entrepreneurial background allowed him to play an integral role in the establishment of the voice mail industry in the 1980s and provide services in telecommunications consulting.

Mr. Evans holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology from Devry Institute of Technology and completed graduate studies in Marketing at Wharton School of Business. He is currently a member of the National Society of Black Engineers, the National Black MBA Association and Women in Technology, as well as most CPE consultant liaison programs and consultant societies. Away from work, Mr. Evans enjoys spending quality time with his family, public speaking at all ventures of learning, reading, traveling internationally, playing basketball and golf, and participating in spiritual enrichment and community development activities, which include contributing to charitable foundations and mentoring adults and teens.
