With more than 10 years of professional experience, Mr. Sherman excels in overseeing remanufacturing operations, troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical devices. He previously served in the U.S. Navy for 13 years. He began his career as a field service engineer and attained his current position through hard work and dedication. He stays current with the trends in his profession by attending conferences and training programs. Mr. Sherman feels the major issue facing his profession today is keeping people motivated. He considers training Intel Corporation personnel to reduce production time to be his greatest professional accomplishment.

Mr. Sherman holds an Associate in Liberal Arts from Tulsa Community College and is affiliated with The American Legion. He hopes to become a regional field manager and attend training programs for new product development in the future.
