He joined Dickerson Engineering after his graduation from Purdue University and credits his success to his determination. Mr. Doffin was honored with the Vista Award for the renovation of Advocate Lutheran General Center for Advanced Care from the American Society for Healthcare Engineering in 2008.

Mr. Doffin received his Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1992 and is affiliated with the National Society of Professional Engineers. He aspires to become a partner of the firm.
