With more than 27 years of professional experience, Mr. Thomas excels in troubleshooting and managing customer relations and compliance conformity. He is responsible for overseeing the engineering product line, new product developments, customer issues with compliance conformity engineering and resolving internal and external issues. Prior to attaining his current position, Mr. Thomas worked as a manager for seven years and previously worked as staff repair engineer and composite specialist at Goodrich Corporation. He considers working with Sino Swearingen Aircraft Corporation to be his greatest career accomplishment, and attributes his success to his work ethic, education, and the support he receives from his family and mentors. He is the author of the article "Relevance and Compliance of AS9102" and stays current with the trends in his profession by reading industry-related publication and attending training and mentorship programs. Mr. Thomas believes that stereotypes are an important issue facing his profession.

A product of Wichita State University, Mr. Thomas received his Associate's Degree in Science with a concentration in cross-cultural communication in 1990, his Bachelor of Arts in 1989 and another Associate's Degree in Arts and Social Sciences in 1987. He is affiliated with the Performance Review Institute and hopes to become a fellow of the American Society for Quality and a vice president of quality in the future.
