Cambridge Who's Who Names Anthony Traicoff Entrepreneur of the Year in Steel Engineering Services

EAST CHICAGO, IN, March 3, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Anthony Traicoff, President of Trai-Cor Processing, Inc., has been named Cambridge Who's Who Entrepreneur of the Year in Steel Engineering Services. While inclusion in Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who's Who Entrepreneur of the Year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, and leadership abilities.

With an unprecedented 32 years of professional experience, Mr. Traicoff specializes in project engineering and business management. Utilizing his extensive knowledge of the steel manufacturing industry, he has become an expert at competing with overseas markets. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of his business, he is responsible for managing 45 employees, marketing, conducting time studies and production analysis for steel processing, coal reduction and external construction, installing and removing slitting lines, consulting with clients and overseeing budgeting processes.

In addition to his duties as president of Trai-Cor Processing, Inc., Mr. Traicoff is the president of Indiana Strip Steel & Consulting Services, LLC and president of GST Industries, LLC. Nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2006, he proudly served as a special advisor to the chairman of the business advisory council in 2001. He was honored with the Bronze Award for Distribution Services from Trai-Cor Processing, Inc. in 2005, the Businessman of the Year Award and the National Leadership Award from the National Republican Congressional Committee in 2003 and 2001 respectively and the BKD Indiana Excellence Award for Manufacturing Services. A certified waste water treatment operator, Mr. Traicoff completed extensive industry-related training. He attributes his success to his determination, honesty and to the support he receives from his daughters as well as the invaluable guidance he received from his parents.
