Mrs. Cole has eight years of professional experience as an industrial engineer. Cole Minds is an engineering firm that provides industrial engineering and consulting services. She specializes in efficiency and lean manufacturing with experience in ergonomics and human resource management as well. Mrs. Cole's interest and prowess in mathematics and science were the forces behind her career decision. Seeing how both could be integrated to create new and efficient concepts is what she considers to be the more rewarding aspect of her profession.
