Rebecca Englebright celebrates over 30 years in the software engineering field

As the software engineering manager for Lockheed Martin Corporation, Ms. Englebright oversees a team of 20 people. She assesses skills and strengths to delegate projects, make recommendations and suggest career advancements, acts as a technical lead for software engineering, and meets with executives to plan for new software releases. Lockheed Martin Corporation is a security and information technology company that provides aeronautics, security and information technology. She became involved in her profession because of her love for management and the aerospace industry. She attributes her success to her hard work and determination.

Ms. Englebright received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Colorado State University in 1972. In the coming years, she hopes to retire and spend time with her family.
