Kristine Engen Has 10 Years of Experience in Software and Hardware Testing

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO, December 30, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kristine Engen, Test Engineer Lead Systems Division for ITT Corporation, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in computer technology diagnostics.

With 10 years of experience in information technology, Kristine Engen is considered an expert in software and hardware testing. She lends her talents to ITT Corporation, an engineering solutions company. Now on her fifth year in her current position, she is in charge of product testing with the SENSOR contract within System Division, engineering and technical support solutions. Her responsibilities include marketing systems to customers through requirement-based testing, reviewing requirements for testability, creating system level test plans and procedures, reviewing designs to ensure compliance with identified requirements, and supervising a team of four testers. Ms. Engen attributes her success to her understanding of the systems and the support of the people with whom she works.

Prior to joining ITT Corporation, Ms. Engen worked for Litton PRC/Northrop Grumman, Dynamic Research Corporation, the Air Force Space Command, and the U.S. Army. She holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science, with a concentration in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, both from Colorado Technical University. She is also a certified test engineer. Ms. Engen's five year goal is to expand her current test team to allow a greater breadth of test coverage across the systems she and her team are responsible for.
