(Five Star Products), also of Fairfield CT, will benefit from the acquisition through the sale of its cement and epoxy marine products.

Under the terms of an agreement signed by Babcock and King, Inc., Five Star Marine will market pile jacketing systems and related products designed for underwater repairs of concrete, steel and wood piles. The company has created a new brand logo, a new web site (www.5star-marine.com) and a national account sales force dedicated to actively market and pursue pile projects worldwide.

David S. Babcock is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Babcock and King Inc., the parent company of Five Star Products, Inc., Five Star Marine Inc., and International Construction Products Research (ICPR), all of Fairfield, Connecticut.
