As a patent engineer for Moxon & Spriegel, LLC, Ms. Hoover is responsible for filing appeals, handling license issues, researching, reporting, and documentation. She is a member of the Akron Bar Association, The Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association. Additionally, she is a member of Alpha Phi Omega, and helped arrange for the key note speaker for the 2005-2006 National Conference.

Ms. Hoover is pursuing her JD at The University of Akron. In 2006, she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Saint Louis University.
