He became involved in his profession because of his skill with problem solving and design, and he attributes his success to his work ethic and ability to relate to his co-workers.

Mr. Monin received his bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from Kettering University in 2001. He is a member of the American Society for Quality and AME.
