Richard G. Mango, P.E., M.ASCE celebrates five years as the Chief Executive Officer of Mango Engineering L.L.C.

/Engineering News Articles/ -- MANORKILL, NY, January 4, 2010, Richard G. Mango, P.E., M.ASCE Chief Executive Officer of Mango Engineering L.L.C. has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and experience in engineering and management.

As the Chief Executive Officer of Mango Engineering L.L.C., Richard G. Mango, P.E., M.ASCE administers engineers, manages, and consult endeavors undertaken by the company. Mr. Mango is an engineering and management consultant and technical expert. He has been a consultant since 1962 and has been active nationally and internationally on major projects in the United States, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and Canada.

Mr. Mango has acted as technical expert for the Ministry of Aviation, Saudi Arabia, and Kingdom of Lesotho, Southern Africa. He has worked in the Sinai and Negev Deserts of Israel on airfield replacement and has been engaged in government, military, and private engineering and construction projects. His areas of expertise include airport design and construction, infrastructure development, aerospace and aircraft navigation systems design, computers and controls, building systems design and analysis, construction safety, arbitration, and litigation consultant services. He has also been engaged in cutting edge space technologies and participated in early major outer space projects and programs for the U.S. Government and U.S. Army Munitions Command.

Mr. Mango received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1961. He is a licensed Pilot, and a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Engineers, New York Society of Professional Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, Society of Military Engineers, American Management Association, American Arbitration Association, and the American Society of Civil Engineers.
