Terry Paterson Manages His Own Construction and Property Development Company

Mr. Paterson has 13 years of professional experience, with the last 10 of these years spent managing his own residential construction and property development company. His responsibilities include managing residential properties, supervising subcontractors and project managers, meeting with clients, obtaining projects, and developing and designing new homes. Mr. Paterson ventured into the construction field because of the influence of his father, who first trained him. The winner of three First Place Community Appearance Awards for Homes in the Area from the City Commission, he attributes his success to his people management skills, attention to detail, enjoyment of interacting with people, but mostly because he enjoys his job so much.

Mr. Paterson has found that to do well in bad economic times, the smaller projects must be paid special attention to during the good economic times. They are what have gotten his company through this recent recession. The customer loyalty Paterson Project Management, Inc. has gained is priceless.

Educated in South Africa, Mr. Paterson received his Associate's Degree in Engineering Management from Cape Town College. He volunteers regularly with Cycling for Charity, Kids in Distress, and Multiple Sclerosis Disease Charities.
