Clive Langley has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Engineering Industry.

PERTH, WA, AUSTRALIA, October 17, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Clive Langley has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his exceptional effort in the Engineering Industry. As Director of XLT Industrial Training for the past 13 years, Mr. Langley has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

XLT Industrial Training started out as a specialist welding training facility with a commitment to providing high-quality training and addressing global needs with a focus on craftsmanship, values and attitudes. The company has grown to be one of Australia's largest and most diverse private Registered Training Organizations in Engineering, Construction and Safety.

XLT Industrial Training's quality has been recognized globally by gaining approvals from International Class Societies including Lloyds of London, American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas and Det Norske Veritas. Mr. Langley has spent more than 30 years dedicated to working in the Metal Trades Industry since beginning his own Apprenticeship in Welding in the United Kingdom. Clive has gained an extraordinary amount of knowledge and experience over the years. He has been Internationally Acclaimed and Awarded for inventing and developing the revolutionary Dry Underwater Welding System, "Nepsys," which is the flagship technology of Neptune Marine Services, a company Mr. Langley founded and acted as Managing Director of until leaving them in 2007.

Clive is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been invited to present technical papers for Underwater Intervention, which is the combined annual conference of the Association of Diving Contractors International and the Marine Technology Society's ROV Committee, as well as the Welding Technology Institute of Australia. Under Mr. Langley's leadership, XLT was the recipient of the Small Training Provider of The Year at the 2004 Training Excellence Awards.
