As Director of XLT Industrial Training for the past 13 years, Mr. Langley has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

He has been Internationally Acclaimed and Awarded for inventing and developing the revolutionary Dry Underwater Welding System, "Nepsys," which is the flagship technology of Neptune Marine Services, a company Mr. Langley founded and acted as Managing Director of until leaving them in 2007.

Clive is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has been invited to present technical papers for Underwater Intervention, which is the combined annual conference of the Association of Diving Contractors International and the Marine Technology Society's ROV Committee, as well as the Welding Technology Institute of Australia. Under Mr. Langley's leadership, XLT was the recipient of the Small Training Provider of The Year at the 2004 Training Excellence Awards.
