With 21 years of experience as the business manager of Underwriters Laboratories Inc., Mr. Madison has developed an expertise in quality system assessments and consulting. On a daily basis, he oversees 31 contract and full-time auditors located throughout the Midwest, as well as conducts product inspections and tests. Further, he hires and trains new employees and auditors.

Mr. Madison graduated from Western Illinois University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Technology. A senior member of the American Society for Quality and The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, he is a certified quality auditor and quality engineer.
