James W. Couch, Jr. has negotiated six successful benefits agreements

PASCAGOULA, MS, November 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- James W. Couch, Jr., Business Manager at Local 733 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in labor relations.

Named Cambridge Publishing's 2009 Professional of the Year in Labor Relations, James W. Couch, Jr. is a recognized authority possessing more than 27 years of experience. He now thrives as the Business Manager for Local 733 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, where he draws upon his expertise to negotiate and enforce contracts, manage arbitrations, and maintain contracts with four shipyards, a food service group, a nursing home and a public utility group. Mr. Couch is distinguished by his hard work and dedication, and has taken the lead in multiple negotiations during the course of his tenure with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.

An officer for the Mississippi Electronic Association, Mr. Couch is educated in electronics technology from the United Electronics Institute. He also lends his philanthropic support to The American National Red Cross.
