Ms. Holliday Parker has over 30 years professional experience in Software Configuration Management Engineering. As a Senior Configuration Management Engineer for the United States Department of Defense she is currently involved in Configuration Management Implementation and Lead for the development of self service websites and applications for Veterans and Wounded Warriors, which is a joint initiative between the DoD and Department of Veterans Affairs. Ms. Holliday Parker is a member of the International Society of Configuration Management and The Institute of International Auditors. She holds an international certification in Configuration Management, Level I and Level II.
