ARDEN, NC, February 3, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Norman B. Worden, Executive Vice President of Alliance Carolina Tool and Mold, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in mechanical engineering.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Mr. Worden specializes in custom injection molding and two-shot molding. He is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and sales, and handling marketing, quoting and engineering. Alliance Carolina Tool and Mold provides injection molded plastic products including dyes, tools, jigs and fixtures. Mr. Worden became involved in his profession after recognizing the growth potential of the plastics engineering technology, and he attributes his success to his hard work and determination.

Mr. Worden received his Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1979. He is a member of the Society of Plastic Engineering and the Society of Plastic Mechanical Engineering. In the future, he intends to teach management techniques to others in the field.
