Clyde Schimke Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Clyde Schimke is the inventor of the blow tube operation system for hospital beds

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL, March 30, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Clyde Schimke, Inventor and Owner of Schimke Design, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in conceptual invention.

Backed by over 13 years of experience in the field of maintenance engineering, Clyde Schimke is the visionary behind the blow tube operation system. For the past five years, he has worked tirelessly to devise an appropriate system for use by quadriplegic patients confined to hospital beds. The system enables patients to utilize breath control to operate electric beds that would otherwise be controlled by hand. Mr. Schimke considers himself fortunate to have been afforded the opportunity to work with Fawcett Memorial Hospital to test and hone his design. He attributes his success to his background in engineering and looks forwarding to bringing new inventions to the market in the coming years.

In addition to industry-related training, Mr. Schimke completed coursework in architectural design.
