Now with 26 years of experience, he lends his expertise in operations management to Chrysler LLC, where he holds the post of senior manager. As such, he is responsible for conducting vehicle aerodynamic and thermal systems testing, managing product engineering design and development, and covering multiple vehicle programs. He is distinguished for his hard work, specialized field knowledge, and passion for his profession.

Apart from his work at Chrysler, Mr. Sun also lectures as an invited speaker at different professional societies. In fact, he is an active member of his professional community, maintaining affiliation in The Engineering Society of Detroit, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Inc., the American Management Association, and the Society of Automotive Engineers.
