Rodney Aker celebrates two years as an engineer and master molder for Mid-States Tool & Machine, Inc.

DECATUR, IN, May 27, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Rodney Aker, Engineer and Master Molder for Mid-States Tool & Machine, Inc. and Owner of Rod's Hot Rods, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in mechanical engineering and design and mold processing.

With two years of experience as an engineer and master molder for Mid-States Tool & Machine, Inc. and owner of Rod's Hot Rods, Rodney Aker is responsible for designing products, overseeing production and molding processes, and helping to develop sales. He became involved in his profession because of his interest in designing molds and dies, and he attributes his success to the support he receives from his family, friends and business associates.

Mr. Aker received his Associate of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from ITT Technical Institute, Fort Wayne in 1993, in 2008, he became a certified master molder through RGJ, Inc., and now owns his own small business designing and building muscle cars and street rods.
