Glen M. Perry Recognized for Accomplishments at The University of Texas
Cambridge Who's Who Names Glen M. Perry Professional of the Year in Nuclear Engineering
AUSTIN, TX, June 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Glen M. Perry, Student at The University of Texas at Austin, has been named Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Nuclear Engineering. While inclusion in Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only two male and two female members in each discipline are named the Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year. The Cambridge Who's Who selection committee chooses these special honorees based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, and leadership abilities.
Currently pursuing his Ph.D. in nuclear engineering at The University of Texas at Austin, Glen M. Perry is a promising young professional in the engineering industry. He possesses nearly four years of experience in his field with a master's degree in nuclear engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and membership in the American Nuclear Society, the American Association for the Advancement of Science and Sigma Xi, The Scientific Research Society.
Distinguished for his determination and command over physics and mathematics, Mr. Perry is currently conducting research on computational modeling and analysis of Inert Matrix Fuel for light water reactors. He credits his success to date to the support he receives from his mentors, and will draw upon such encouragement to forge a career in nuclear engineering as he moves forward.
