Gaston Fagerstrom is a senior civil engineer, with many years of practical and progressive professional experience in civil works assignments, including infrastructure, municipal works and the mining industry in Canada and Latin America at the level of Project and Construction Manager, Construction Engineer or Project Field Engineer in diverse environments and within different management's techniques. He is a bilingual Spanish/English professional with a basic understanding of Brazilian Portuguese.

In 1987 Mr. Fagerstrom received his Master's Degree in Project and Construction Management from the University of British Columbia. He is a former member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and an active member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Manitoba and Professional Engineers of Ontario.
