Terry Smirle, President, Consulting+ Inc., has provided consulting knowledge and leadership over the last 5 years to assist companies in establishing major outsourcing contracts and resolving complex business management problems.

With 32 years of experience in the telephone and information technology industries, Mr. Smirle serves as the President of Consulting+ Inc. and specializes in contract and outsourcing negotiations and contract management. Terry Smirle and Consulting+ Inc. provide information technology and business management consultation services such as planning and business strategy development, building positive relationships between parties, negotiating and implementing contracts, and implementing management actions to ensure optimum value for clients. Prior to assuming the role of President, Consulting+ Inc., Mr. Smirle worked as Vice President of the Information Technology and Outsourcing department at Bell Canada.

Mr. Smirle received his Bachelor of Science with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario in 1970. He is a certified Professional Engineer, a Member of both the Professional Engineers Ontario and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

He attributes his success to hard work, diligence and the ability to effectively work with and manage people. In the future he intends to continue working with clients who have complex business problems and require assistance by drawing on his skills and past experience to resolve these issues.
