With 15 years of experience as the owner of Bill Thompson & Associates, Bill Thompson is responsible for consulting with companies to resolve drilling issues and reduce costs. Mr. Thompson has held the position of vice-president of a drilling company and has experience supervising deep, complicated gas wells in Texas. He became involved in his profession because of his fascination with the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Thompson received his Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University in 1959.
