Mr. Hulsey has ascended to the peak of his profession as a result of his determination as well as the demonstration of his extraordinary work ethic, combined with his extensive knowledge and exceptional management skills. During his educational career, Mr. Hulsey earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering at the University of Missouri Rolla as well as a Master's Degree at N.C. State University and a PhD at the University of Illinois in Structural Engineering.
