Safi A. Qudsi is an aeronautical and mechanical engineer with 30 years of successful managerial experience in manufacturing, development, rebuilding, repair, maintenance and quality assurance of aircrafts, jet engines and other industries. He has also been cofounder of a degree awarding institute i.e. PAF-KIET to offer programs in Management, Computer Sciences and Engineering disciplines. As President of AQTS/AQSS, he conducts quality management training, certification and technical services in the USA and overseas. He is an experienced and sound professional in certification, training, education and auditing of Quality Management Systems in aerospace and other industries. He manages sales activities, professional services, and plans and designs training courses. The recipient of the Award for Leadership in the Professional Field and Training Courses, Mr. Qudsi attributes his success to his passion for his profession and promotion of education.

Mr. Qudsi holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering. In addition, Mr. Qudsi is a Certified Quality Manager and a Certified Quality Auditor through the American Society for Quality, a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS 9110 and AS 9120. He holds certification in Spectrometric Oil Analysis, Borescope Inspection, Advanced Materials, Radiographic Analysis, Microstructure Analysis, Radiographic Analysis and Aircraft and Aircraft Engine Investigation. He is a fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society-UK, and a member of the Pakistan Engineering Council, the Institute of Engineers, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport-UK and the American Society for Quality-USA.
