As Lead Telecommunications Engineer with Blue Shield of California, as well as throughout his incredible 15 years in the field, Mr. Ford has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 1939, Blue Shield of California is an independent member of the Blue Shield Association. They are a not-for-profit health plan dedicated to providing Californians with access to high-quality health care at an affordable price. The organization has 4,800 employees and has an annual revenue of $9.7 billion.

Mr. Ford is responsible for heading the telecommunications department of the organization. He programs phone systems, CTI, VIT, voicemail and 800 numbers. He provides operational support and monitoring service to process and procedure changes. Aubrey has 15 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure with an emphasis in contact centers.

During his educational career, Aubrey earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from American Intercontinental University. He is a member of the AVAYA Users Group. In addition to his 15 years in telecommunications, Mr. Ford also has 6 plus years of experience in network management, desktop user support, and LAN management. He also has 5 years of experience working with Cisco call management products in a contact center environment and 3 years working with Genesys call management products in a contact center environment.
