Ms. Gonzalez is an international sales, marketing and business development executive with 22 years of professional experience. She possesses expertise in the Latin American market. For the past four years, she has served as the vice president of customer development for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Latin America, a trusted manufacturer of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health care products and consumer brands. Ms. Gonzalez reports to the Latin America consumer sector president. She is tasked with managing overall sales strategy for the entire region to achieve profitable sales growth. She oversees the sales organization in 14 countries. Furthermore, Ms. Gonzalez focuses her efforts on shopper marketing, finding new channels of growth and developing differentiated strategies and solutions.

Ms. Gonzalez holds an MBA from the Universidad de Los Andes and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Javeriana University. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, she worked for Colgate Palmolive and with Pfizer Inc., and was a four-time recipient of the company's Best Country Performance Award.
