As Chief Executive Officer of Decascan Pty. Decascan Pty. Ltd. is a civil engineering consulting firm which provides a variety of training and design consultation services to their clients. Dr. Letlape is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. In addition to running Decasan Pty. Dr. Letlape is a retired Dentist who ran his own private practice for 8 years. During his collegiate career, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in Dentistry from the Medical University of Southern Africa.
