Mr. Hatten is a dedicated business executive with more than two decades of experience and expertise in business opportunity identification. As someone who is against abusing the environment, he established a company to influence industry technologies. He serves as the president and CEO of Anue Water Technologies, Inc, an innovative technology designer and manufacturer that specializes in electromechanical technologies for the municipal and industrial wastewater community. Mr. Hatten oversees and runs the company and manages engineering and business development. His position further entails directing and managing the execution of the company's corporate strategy with senior executives and management, focusing on the company's short term., medium, and long term strategic goals and facilitating technology research and development. He has served in this capacity for the past five years.

A graduate of Corllins University, Mr. Hatten holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He went on to receive a second bachelor's degree in business two years later. Mr. Hatten has also completed studies in science hydraulic construction and engineering technology and has professional experience in hydrogen sulfide treatments, VOC/BOD/COD treatments, and ozone and oxygen engineering. He remains current in his industry through affiliations with the American Society of Civil Engineers and Water Environment Federation. Looking toward the future, Mr. Hatten plans to hire a chief executive officer and expand into further global markets in the industrial and municipal sectors.
