Neosolvis Engineering is a company involved in the design of energy systems. Lionel is responsible for managing all major aspects of the business as well as overseeing the daily operations. He also serves as a Professor of Electric Power Engineering at the University of Puerto Rico.

During his collegiate career, Lionel earned a Doctorate degree in Engineering, a Master's degree in Electrical Power Engineering, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico. He is a member of the Society of Engineers of Puerto Rico and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
