Ms. Estrada-Salinero has 30 years of professional experience and became involved in her current profession through her background in business. As the director of operations compliance and control for CAISO, she provides training to grid operators and oversees quality control. Her expertise includes compliance, quality assurance and engineering in the energy industry.

A certified statistical expert, Ms. Estrada-Salinero graduated from the University of Miami in 1984 with a degree in electrical engineering. She is affiliated with the the Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers, and the Association of Women in Water, Energy and Environment. Looking ahead, Ms. Estrada-Salinero hopes to continue to hold key leadership positions in the energy industry.
