R.W. "Bill" Walker Named Professional of the Year in Engineering
Bill Walker celebrates 36 years of experience in testing, certification and failure analysis of aerospace and mobile machinery

LONDON, ONTARIO, July 25, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bill Walker, Owner and Principal Engineer of Walker Technical Services, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in engineering.

Mr. Walker notes that it was his interest in gadgetry that ultimately led him to a successful career in engineering. Throughout the past 36 years, he has cultivated his expertise in testing, certification and failure analysis of aerospace and mobile machinery. He possesses a broad range of experience, both theoretical and practical. As the owner and principal engineer of Walker Technical Services, an engineering consultancy, Mr. Walker draws upon the full range of his skills and experience. His responsibilities include providing services and consultations tailored to the needs of his clients and making preparations for government approval. In recognition of his work, he was recently named a Professional of the Year in Engineering by Cambridge Who's Who.

A 1984 graduate of the University of Toronto, Mr. Walker holds a master's degree in applied science. He remains abreast of developments in his industry through affiliations with the Standards Council of Canada, SAE International, ISO, and Canadian Standards Association. Mr. Walker, who attributes his success to his efficiency, plans to continue expanding his client base in the years to come.
