HUNT VALLEY, MD, August 12, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kenneth Kulbeda, Senior Project Manager for EMG, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in environmental and facility assessment services.

A 36-year veteran in architecture and construction, Mr. Kulbeda has found nothing else quite as rewarding as looking a structure up and down and knowing that he had a hand in designing or building it. He celebrates his 10th year as senior project manager for EMG, an environmental and engineering assessment consultancy. Noted for his expertise in interior, exterior and structural architecture, he is entrusted with assessing properties for government work, housing authorities and schools, reviewing reports, and interacting with financial institutions and a diverse group of clients.

Prior to joining EMG in 2001, Mr. Kulbeda worked as a construction manager for The Sievert Group Engineering, Design & Construction (2000-2001), senior project manager for Construction Cost Systems/Owners Service Group, Inc. (1998-2000), and Midwest and Southeast project manager for TAD Development Corp.'s MOA Hospitality, Inc. (1996-1998). Earlier, he honed his skills as a project manager and project architect for Warman Olsen Warman LLC (1993-1996), project manager and project architect for SEC Donohue, Inc. (1987-1993), and project architect for Ralph Burke Associates (1976-1987). He attributes his success to his hard work and comprehensive knowledge of his industry.

Mr. Kulbeda received a bachelor's degree in architecture in 1975 from the University of Illinois. He is a member of Green Energy Project and was recently named a Professional of the Year in Environmental and Facility Assessment Services by Cambridge Who's Who. He looks forward to continuing his professional growth at EMG.
